Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our staff and warehouse have had to practice essential safety measures enforced by the NSW Government which are affecting their output. Please allow an additional 1-2 for your order to be packed and despatched.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?
  • If you do not live in Australia, please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported. These charges depend on your country’s import legislation and will not be covered by Venroy.
Click and Collect Orders
  • Pick up your online purchase for FREE at any of our stores. Please click here to view a full list of our stores locations.  

    If your order is eligible for Click & Collect, the option will be displayed at checkout.  
    Orders placed before 4pm can be picked up on the same day. Orders placed after 4pm can be collected the following day.  

    You will be contacted via email when your order is ready for pick up

  • Click & Collect is available Monday - Friday at Intersection, Paddington during Sydney's Covid-19 lockdown. 

**Same Day Shipping Service
  • Orders placed before 12pm AEDT Monday - Friday will be delivered to you between 6pm - 9pm the same day. Please make sure you nominate an address on the order where someone will be able to receive the parcel in the evening
  • This service is only available to a limited range of post codes. Please check our postcode list to see if this service is available for your address. If you are based in the Sydney metro area and your postcode falls outside of this list, please get in touch to see if we can still organise something for you
