Instant Exchanges
We recommend instant exchanges for in-demand styles to avoid disappointment. As we cannot reserve stock for standard exchanges, choosing an instant exchange ensures you receive your new item sooner.
Follow these steps in the returns portal and select “instant exchange.” You’ll be prompted to enter your card information, and an exchange order will be created immediately.
A temporary hold for the cost of the new product will be placed on your card. If the return is not completed within the 14-day return window, the total fee will be charged to your card.

Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the sanitary protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled or worn.
Eyewear: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Oliver Peoples eyewear.
Footwear: Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged. Please try on all footwear on a soft carpeted surface before wear.
Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and are not eligible for return.
Sale: All sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
