Exchanges

We offer exchanges on returns of full-priced items submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Please submit your exchange via our Returns Portal

Instant Exchanges

We recommend instant exchanges for in-demand styles to avoid disappointment. As we cannot reserve stock for standard exchanges, choosing an instant exchange ensures you receive your new item sooner.

Follow these steps in the returns portal and select “instant exchange.” You’ll be prompted to enter your card information, and an exchange order will be created immediately.

A temporary hold for the cost of the new product will be placed on your card. If the return is not completed within the 14-day return window, the total fee will be charged to your card.

Paradiso

  • Returns or exchanges of fragrance purchased from Venroy will not be accepted unless such products are deemed to be defective or faulty.

Important Exceptions

Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the sanitary protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled or worn.

Eyewear: We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on Oliver Peoples eyewear.

Footwear: Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original shoe box is damaged. Please try on all footwear on a soft carpeted surface before wear.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-redeemable for cash and are not eligible for return.

Sale: All sale items purchased online are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless deemed faulty. Once an order is placed, we are unable to make changes or cancellations. If an item is returned, it will be sent back to you at an additional charge. All sale orders will not be accepted in store. Please visit our T&C's pagefor further information.

  • The cost of return to Venroy is to be paid by the customer, via our Returns Portal. The shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total at the point of processing the return.

  • A pre-paid returns label will be emailed to you.
  • Once you receive your returns label, please book a collection or visit your nearest DHL drop-off point to send your items back to us.

Exchanges

  • We expect you’ll love your purchases. On the off chance you don’t, we’re pleased to offer exchanges on returns submitted within 14 days.
  • You can make exchanges through a customer service representative at Venroy, who can organise a replacement for you, should this item be available. You can contact us at info@venroy.com.au
  • Due to the fast sell-out of items, we advise that you re-purchase your desired item as soon as convenient to ensure you don’t miss out. You can then send the original back for a traditional return and refund. We recommend this approach over a traditional exchange as we cannot guarantee that the stock you have requested will still be available at the time your exchange is received and processed.

Please note, that local post services can take 5–7 business days to return your parcel. Once your return is received at our warehouse and inspected, your refund, exchange or store credit will be issued. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
